How does it work?
We pride ourselves in using innovative building approaches to provide our customers with extenions, garden rooms and porches which are superbly insulated and can be used all year round. Energy efficient (built using SIP panels - from 100 to 250mm thickness), high security doors and windows, compliment the roof, floors and walls which have up to 228mm of class leading PU insulation. The thermal performance of PU (SIP) panels exceeds any EPS (Polystyrene) panel both in structural performance and insulation. This means that U-Values are as low as 0.10 ~W/m2 (which passes the passive house criteria), which will make your new building nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. As a result, you can expect low running costs and a great comfortable space to work or play.
We use materials that require little or no maintenance such as steel cladding - no maintenance for 25 years and Western Red Cedar cladding that not only looks good but is also extremely resistant to weather and rot. Whatever design ideas you might have, we will always strive to offer the best materials to ensure the longevity of your Garden Room.
We take care of everything from the very start to the very end - we can recommend an architect if you need a planning permission, we prepare the foundations, all the structure, external and internal finishes and clear the site when project is complete. All you need to do it move your furniture in and enjoy your new garden room!

Step 1: Consultation
The ball starts rolling once you contact us about our garden rooms. During this stage, we will talk to you about your inspiration and your needs. We will guide you through this process to make sure that you unlock the full potential of your future garden room. We will send you a form to fill out where you will specify a few factors about your garden room . Once you take a few pictures of the proposed location, you can send those, including the form, back to us.
After a few days you will receive our initial design proposition. This will contain 3D generated drawings of your garden room and a preliminary quote. This is a starting point to any of our garden rooms.

Step 2: Design and Quote
If you liked what you saw in the initial design proposition, with your approval, we will move to the next stage.
Now we build and expand on the initial ideas that we have gathered during the previous stage. During this step we will exchange multiple 3D previews and start to home in on the final design of your garden room. We will discuss all aspects of your garden room, from the window colours to cladding options. We will do this until you are 100% happy with the look and feel of your garden room.
Once we have designed a great looking garden room, a person from our team will arrive, on-site, to do a final assessment and measurement. This will be a perfect time for you to ask any questions that you might have left.
In a couple of days you will receive a no obligation quote that will outline all of the specification that you have selected.
-
Step 3: Installation
Once the quote is approved and the deposit is paid, we will provide you with an installation date. We aim for this to be within 8 weeks from the date of deposit payment.
On the installation day your beautiful garden room will start to become a reality. A typical office installation can take between 10-15 days, depending on the size, complexity and weather.
