How much does it cost?

BESPOKE GARDEN ROOMS:

Price would depend on size, glazing options (everything from single doors to bifolds and skylights is an option), cladding and what internal finish you would like.

Most of our projects are in a region on £25-£35k but we have built cheaper and more expensive projects in the past.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Design and consultation
Planning (3D drawings and previews)
Foundations - ground screws (supplied by the market leader RADIX)
Assembly (using 150mm thickness SIP panels known for their energy efficiency - this can be amended for an indivdual project)

Tyvek House wrap - fitted behind external cladding to prevent any water penetration
Rubber Roof (EPDM) - 1.5mm thickness (unless specificied differently - living roof is an option)
Facias and soffits in either grey or black
Guttering in black
Cladding of your choice - Siberian Larch, Cedar, Douglas Fir, Composite, Steel or any other cladding of your choice. We recommend using steel on the back wall.
Choice of Aliuminium windows, doors and skylights

Internally (for Turn Key Service):

Electric Installation (everything from consumer unit to lights, sockets, outdoor lights and Wifi switch - fully customisable to your needs)

Flooring (as a standard we offer laminate flooring, high quality underlay and skirting boards of your choice but this can be changed to your liking)

MDF board installation or plastering and decorating (in Absolute White, but you can provide your own paint of any colour you like instead)

Electric heater

YOU DON’T NEED TO OPT TO HAVE A TURN KEY SERVICE - WE CAN BUILD GARDEN ROOMS WITH OR WITHOUT ANY INTERNAL FINISHES
